Can you please stick to vimeo for the videos? My country has blocked youtube. And i know there are ways around it, but it slows down the internet that it destroys the whole experience.

your post is very nice i like and love it.i know it Study shows that exercise may not be helpful for everyone therefor study is my hobby so i fallow some sites for example,
i like this site.Is it possible that exercise is unhealthy for some people? The study authors say that while people should continue to exercise, they might also have their heart disease risk factors checked on a regular basis.
