		<description><![CDATA[Hi Dan,  Interesting podcast you did with Malcolm Gladwell.  If by chance you could leave out the guy taking an unnecessary amount of photo&#039;s in the background on future endeavours it would be much appreciated. 40:30 into the convo and all you can hear is the high-pitch recharge of his flash.  lots of inexplicable stuff going on in background which takes away from the content to an easily distracted person like myself.

Your story brings to mind a parallel with that of the great hypnotist &amp; therapist, Milton Erickson. He had polio, and was bedridden twice-as a child and as a young man. All he could do was observe, and so he studied human behavior in exquisite detail. I&#039;m awed by people who can turn extreme adversity into great contributions.]]></description>
