Hi Dan, In your research, is there anything that indicates there is a bias in the way survey respondants rate their customer experience when referring to “a person” vs “a process”? For example, if a customer was leaving feedback on their recent personal mortgage experience with their bank, are they more likely to be harsher on the “process” than the “person” who helped them navigate that customer experience, or vice-versa? Thank you for any insight into this topic!

I would like to know what your thoughts are on groups such as the Gallop Group and its process for doing job interviews for companies as part of a companies hiring process.
Some major companies believe that they are the” End all be All” I am a well educated person that believes in scientific method not polls that they consider scientific fact.
I also believe that when they ask you questions about your political, age and relgious beliefs they are crossing the line.
Why are companies so inclined to drink the cool-aid and believe the snake oil that is presented to them? I would think that one would look at Experiance and ones track record. Please comment.
