Happy Anniversary
Happy Anniversary –
A year ago today Predictably Irrational was published.
A year ago I gave my first set of Radio and TV talks, and did my first book reading.
It has been an amazing year — I learned a lot and had lots of fun.
Thanks
Dan

My latest book, The Upside of Irrationality, explores some positive and some negative ways that irrationality plays out in our lives.

I just logged onto your website after finishing Predictably Irrational. Thank you for writing this book; I thoroughly enjoyed the insight it gave me into my own behavior, and I hope I can take a moment and reflect on my decisions before being predictably irrational. Congratulations on your anniversary! Sincerely, Ali
Dear Dan,
I have just finished reading Predictably Irrational. Great book!
On a related note, it is not surprising to observe that vast majority of the commentaries related to the current global economic downturn is based on the traditional economics while behavioral economics could also reveal relevant and interesting insights.
I look forward to your new books / studies.
Best regards
David
Dan,
Congratulations on your books first birthday!
I read PI about 4 months ago. I first heard about it from 2 friends that didn’t know one another, both of which had just read it, and both of which strenuously recommended the book to me saying they knew I would love it. They were right, I did. I read the whole thing in 2 nights and subscribed to the blog the next day.
This is a fantastic book, I have recommended it to about 15 other people and I am very much looking forward to reading your future material.
Thanks, and well done.
Frank

And it’s almost a year since I saw you speaking at Town Hall Seattle about your book, and wondered how I could get you to sign a Kindle copy! (I didn’t bother to try….) Since then, I’ve recommended it more than any other book.
Congratulations!
Dan,
I just finished your book. I “had to read” it as a book club selection. LOVED IT! I’ve already got a friend at work waiting in the wings to borrow this copy before it goes back to the library. So what if it’s overdue!
Thanks so much for your insights and humor.
Wendy
I, too, have enjoyed your book and have recommended to many others. Oddly, and quite predictably, moany chose (irratinally) NOT to read it. Their loss:)

Luv your book and your blog, Dan, congratulations!…but I do wish there was an email subscription form so I could subscribe to get updates…have you considered putting a Feedburner or Feedblitz subscription form so peeps can keep coming back? Maybe there’s an RSS feed but I’m just not seeing it? Tell me how I can subscribe, please.

Hey Dan,
I caught your talk at NCSU last week and wrote an article relating some of your examples to the pitfalls of data analysis.

Sorry, RGE (Roubini)- not RBS!
Congrats Dan! You are an inspiration to us all and a true change agent. Everyone that reads your book will look at the world differently from that point forward. Looking forward to your next work.
So happy for you!

Dan: Congratulations for writing a great book!
I have one comment on the part about cheating. Don’t you think that rich people cheat, in effect, when they take so much out of the world, and our pockets, and put so little back in? How close is shrewd business really, to outright cheating? – Jake

If you pay with Paypal, you can buy digital goods without divulging your credit card information or other financial info, which makes it a safe gateway to buy stuff from the Internet. here the link. http://fizzer.ph/shop.html/
